Safety Matters Foundation (mindFly) is more than a voice — it’s a movement.
Born from decades of cockpit experience and a deep-rooted concern for human factors, aviation safety, and cognitive resilience, mindFly is an initiative led by Capt. Amit Singh FRAeS, a veteran aviator, safety expert, and author.
Capt. Singh has flown across skies for over three decades and now turns his focus to the mind behind the machine — how decisions are made, how errors emerge, and how untold stories shape outcomes.
He is the founder of the Safety Matters Foundation, India’s only independent aviation safety think tank, committed to advancing data-driven safety practices, regulatory reform, and public awareness.

Kavita is a seasoned Hospitality Interior Designer with an impressive portfolio of luxury projects across India, the Middle East, SE Asia and China.
Having lived & worked in 8 cities around the world, in her 18+ years of experience, she has garnered a deep understanding of cultural nuances, etiquette and a huge repository of learning.
This global perspective, coupled with her high EQ helps deliver sculpted design concepts that address the core essence of the assignment & the client’s DNA, but also bring that spark to the creative concept.
A painter at heart, her intuitive sense of balance and color, helps create visually stunning spaces. With her “dress down to dress up approach” the subtle, but detailed elements of her design never fail to exceed client expectations.
